Website का उद्देश्य
Website industrial machinery, business opportunities, government-scheme awareness, consultancy और support की general information देता है। यह automatic financial, legal, tax या loan approval advice नहीं है।
Quotation और price
Website prices indicative हो सकती हैं। Final price model, specifications, GST, freight, accessories, installation, training, exchange rate और delivery location पर निर्भर करेगी। केवल authorized written quotation commercial offer माना जाएगा।
Order और payment
Order तभी confirmed होगा जब agreed advance/payment, approved technical specification और written order confirmation complete हो। Payment केवल Grow India द्वारा officially communicated verified account/channel में करें।
Delivery, installation और training
Timeline indicative है और component availability, transport, site readiness, utilities तथा technician schedule से प्रभावित हो सकती है। Customer को power, foundation, space, access, raw material और local permissions समय पर तैयार रखने होंगे।
Customer responsibility
- Final specification और scope written quotation से verify करना
- Applicable licence, electricity, pollution, labour, tax और product compliance पूरा करना
- Machine को trained operator और safety instructions के अनुसार चलाना
- Unauthorized modification या unsafe use से बचना
Account और acceptable use
User सही information देगा, login confidential रखेगा और website, CRM, forms या downloads का misuse नहीं करेगा। Fraud, scraping, unauthorized access या malicious activity पर access suspend किया जा सकता है।
Cancellation, returns और warranty
Custom machinery, made-to-order items, cancellation, return, replacement और warranty terms product-specific written quotation/invoice में दिए जाएंगे। कोई general website statement उस approved document को override नहीं करेगा।
Liability और dispute
Grow India verified scope के अनुसार reasonable support देगा, लेकिन market demand, profit, production, raw-material quality, operator performance, loan/subsidy approval या third-party delay की guarantee नहीं देता। Disputes पहले written resolution process से और applicable law/jurisdiction के अनुसार handle होंगे।
